cool wireless charging
Currently, I use a different brand of wireless charger. It works under certain conditions. The big issue is that it has to be in the correct exact spot. Unfortunately, my case has a lip on it, and it need to be partially on the lip, but it will slip sometimes. So, although I think I am charging, when I wake up, nothing happened. With my new wireless magnetic charger, I don't need to worry about that any longer. I just move my phone close to the charger, and it snaps in place. It is much smaller than my old charger, so the charging area doesn't hit the lip on my case. I just centered it on my apple logo, and it works like a charm.I am not sure why people are having a hard time with the magnet. It only needs to be strong enough to bring the charger in contact with the phone. My phone sits on it the charger, so it doesn't need any strength to work. It just makes the connection to the charging cleaner, and there is no more moving your phone around to make sure it is charging. I guess if you are trying to use it as phone stand, I am not sure if the magnet is strong enough to hold the weight of the phone, but I don't think it was made that way.I like that it has USB-C and a USB-C to USB dongle. I don't have too many USB-C chargers right now, but I am moving in that direction. so, it is good now, and in the future.Overall, super happy with it. Only used it for a few days, but it charges. I am not sure of the rate, I just connect it when I go to bed, and if it is at 100% when I wake up, I am happy. I don't have to "find" the charging point, so connect and go to bed. I don't like using my lightning charger, which would also make sure it is charging.Great product, and I highly recommend itDisclaimer: I was given a gift card to review it, but hopefully, my honesty is worth more than a few dollars.

Charges an iPhone 12 through an Otter Box - Beat that. Impressed with all-around performance.
This is an extremely light and easy to use charger that comes native with a USB-C connector. Despite the nice. light weight, you also get a USB adapter which makes this convertible into any other use you might have for it (i.e. car, apartment, plane, etc.). You can see that from the sales info. What you can't see is the charging efficacy. Wow.I was immediately impressed when I could get it to charge my iPhone 12 THROUGH the Otter Box case. This is the first mag charger I have been able to get to do this consistently for a full charge cycle without any issues or antics. Extremely easy to use. I was sold right there. I have always had a great experience with DBPower products and this is no exception. This went on to charge my AirPods flawlessly. I'm just completely won over on the capability of this thing to do it's job through the Otter Box. Nothing else has been able to do it effectively for me up till now. Great job guys!

Solid but not perfect
The wireless charger does the job. However, it is not as fast as some other wireless chargers I have used. I don't know if it's because of my phone case but other ones seem to charge it faster with the same case. I do like that it comes with a metal ring that sticks to your phone so it always locks in and doesn't move. However, it causes the ring to get extremely hot after about an hour

Well.. for $10, It does works, barely.
You'll pay $9 and get what you paid for. This is a very small wireless charger (not wider than your phone), making it great for taking with you. This also is cheap and works like a cheap $9 charger should - nothing more, nothing less. Here are some things I need to do to help it work as it should.1. For Samsung phones, be sure you have Fast Charging, Super Fast Charging, AND Fast Wireless Charging active.2. It has a small coil profile, so you have it placed just right. 2a. Get as close as possible. .05 cm away, and it won't activate (good ones works 2+cm). 2b. Note: if it activates but does not charge or charge SLOW... it's too far away (case thickness)3. When you find the sweet spot, place the metal ring - the sticker is not very sticky. 3a. YRMV depending on case thickness. I'd suggest sticking the ring outside of the case.Ring and the Magnet:The ring and the magnet capabilities is where this wireless charger really falls short, reminding you that you're a cheapskate who tried to make $9 wireless charger work.Don't place the metal ring inside your case. The ring is not magnetic (just metal) & the magnets on the charger are "regular" magnets. They are NOT strong magnets that need good placement & ring design, so they do not interfere with charging.Magnet strength test:[metal ring on phone without a case and lifting evenly by the phone with the wireless charger attached] *Lift slow & evenly = the charger stays put. *Lift with slight wiggle = the charger falls off *Lift higher = the charger falls off from cable weight *Hold phone & charger by cable only = check your phone insurance deductible. |O.o|*Summary:A smaller profile is good for portability. For a cheap $9.99 wireless charger, this will work OK in the correct conditions. Don't rely on it if you absolutely need to ensure your phone charges fast & securely. On the flip side, you'll have a believable excuse for why your phone was dead, & get your bf/gf/so/boss to buy you a fancy wireless charger. ;p
