Isolate It! 1.25" Dia Sorbothane Hemisphere Rubber Bumper Non-Skid Feet with Adhesive (8, 70 Duro)

I've been using Sorbothane in hifi and home theatre setups for a number of years. It is an excellent vibration damping material that can help prevent turntable skips and tube feedback or isolate speakers from a building's structure.The hemispheres are best suited under turntables or tube amplifiers where skipping and feedback can be an issue.The flat disks are best for speakers where you don't want the bass to go through the structure of a building... trust me, your neighbours will thank you. The effect on sound within the room is negligible.This is one product I can recommend to anyone.

Helped reduce the thuds from the piano keys and now downstairs you don’t even notice it. Great stuff.

After an extended period of time and use we needed to update our review...Originally we said works great, Fantastic product...but now we say.."Not so fantastic", In Fact Destructive! Yes they do what they say they do, but what they don't tell you is that when you move your amp, or components, they totally remove thefinish off you furniture. Now I have perfect circles on the furniture where the finish is TOTALLY gone! Imagine how thrilled we were when weneeded to move the McIntosh Power Amp, Pre Amp and DVD units. We had to move them into a different room. Each piece(unit)sat on a separate shelfof a brand new expensive high gloss piece of equipment furniture. Now every shelf has a perfect circle where the Sorbothane Rubbers were removed. Totally and Completely ruined our beautiful furniture. While it does work sonic wise, it destroys the finish on your furniture. Because of this we have changed our review from 5 Stars to 1 Star. The only reason we gave 1 Star was there was no way to leave Zero or negative Stars! Thanks for the 12 perfect circles of no finish on our beautiful furniture we worked so hard for so long to purchase! We DO Not Recommend This Item.....possible it won't destroy stone...who knows!!

I put these under a heavy wooden cutting board to I use as a turntable base for my Rega and the sound was transformed. Quieter spaces with deeper bass and a bit more resolution and pace. Great isolation tools.
