Bought a couple of these knee supports for skiing for piece of mind purposes following a right knee dislocation several years ago. I've found them extremely supportive, comfortable, non-bulky and perhaps more importantly they stay up all day! Haven't washed them yet but just follow the instructions and I'm sure they'll be fine. It goes without saying that it's important to get your sizing right before buying. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I'm using this while I wait for a medical appointment to check out what's wrong with my knee. It's definitely supportive and helps. I injured the knee a couple of years ago running and it's been causing problems on and off ever since, in the last couple of months the pain has sometimes become unbearable. I've always had big legs just over 48cm around the knee- I'm wearing the XL size (as big as they make) and it only just fits, so maybe not one for the rugby players. I've hand washed it a few times and it's still as good as new. I would say it's very good quality and appears to be durable. A word of caution this has a layer of clear grippy rubber around the inside of the top edge 3cm or so - presumably to stop it slipping. I find this rubber pinches and irritates my skin quite badly, the weather is very hot at the moment, and is probably not helping, I've taken to folding the top over on the outside with not much noticeable slippage. It's certainly more breathable and comfortable than some of the strap type type supports with Velcro etc and is a lot less bulky for wearing under trousers. This is a class 1 medical device meaning that you can claim the VAT back if using it for a medical condition, and It comes from a decent reputable brand.

I’m between sizes; I bought both L and XL. One is too tight but holds the knee better, the other is too large, doesn’t hold the knee well and tends to slip down over the day. They are better than nothing so I guess I have to say that if you get the size right they probably help a bit.

Great support. I’ve had a few of these but this is the best. All the support but no constriction. Excellent

I have been using The black knee support for a long time Then was shown one of these and although nearly twice the price it is a better quality item that looks like it will keep it shape / grip for longer / non slip / comfortability longer. And as such may turn out to be the best buy I will only buy these in future

Measured knee, 36cm, brought the M size (34-38cm), I could just about pull it up over my calf muscle, fitted fine over injured knee, was almost impossible to pull it up over the lower part of thigh muscles above my knee, now my leg looks like a string of sausages and within the minute of trying to fit the support I noticed a loss of sensation/feeling/circulation in my lower leg/foot/toes. that sticky non slip is irritating on the skin and pulls on any leg hairs, would not recommend and I will not be buying a replacement or larger size.

I have used this knee sleeve for a few weeks for walking and skating laps around an ice rink. I have an old MCL injury. I have experienced excellent support with the sleeve. There is no discomfort. It stays in place. It fits comfortably under loose pants. I have worn it for a few hours and it was comfortable to wear. As I do not wear leggings, I have no comment to add about the sleeve’s comfort with leggings.

I love this brace. It fits. It’s got the perfect support. It’s made well bits not bulky or cumbersome. Of course read the suggestions for the kind of support you are looking for or that your doctor recommends. It is t going to fix anything if it’s being worn for the wrong situation. I’ve purchased two. It’s better than others I’ve tried in past.

This is my 3rd Neo-G I've purchased. I tried several other brands before Neo-G and this one definitely is the best for my knee/thigh shape. It has definitely extended my running days. Has also held up well to repeated wash cycles. Highly recommend.

I really like the sleeve. But it does roll down on the thigh part. I purchased an extra large as per request. It does bunch up behind the knee. Ouch!
