Are these measuring spoons made of magnetic stainless steel? Or higher quality stainless steel like 18/8 or 18/10?

Hello Emma and thank you for your question.Natizo measuring spoons are made from 201 stainless steel. This grade of stainless steel is very similar to 300-series stainless steel (which includes 18/8 and 18/10 stainless steel), but with a higher tensile strength and it is widely used for kitchen utensils. The spoons are slightly magnetic as they have been cold worked during the manufacturing process and 201 stainless steel becomes magnetic when it is cold worked.I hope this answers your question. are these accurate? many of the other spoons on amazon are "off". anyone done calibration? thanks in advance!

Hello H. Y. Khan, I'm happy to confirm that our measuring spoons are accurate. One of our customers recently confirmed this in a review:'I measured them for volume using both a milliliter pipette and my adjustable measuring spoon and these are accurate according to each of my measuring devices.
