I train gung fu. These things are awesome. I bought some to keep in my work bag, training room and a set at my desk. Sturdy and stable for use all over. They really help and make workouts fun.

I purchased these weights for my son. He was introduced to these weights by his personal trainer in boxing class. My son loves them.

I love using these when I'm running

I had a 2lb set and 3lb set (1.5 lbs each egg) from 2019. Someone stole my 2.0's at the gym but I waited a while before I repurchased.I now finally bought and received my bundles direct from manufacturer (personal use and gifting) but very disappointed to realize the egg weights are MUCH bigger than they used to be! I wish this was stated in the website or it would be nice if dimensions were provided.Even the supposed slimmer 2.0's (1 lb each) now are even larger in size than my old 3.0's (1.5 lb each).Honestly the 3.0s and running things I got now are so large that I'm questioning the point of buying egg weights, not much different in dynamics than regular old small dumbells.Why change the essence of the excellent product you were known for? These are more expensive but bulkier than before. These new ones are basically just bad knockoffs of the original ones.
