ROYAL CANIN Renal Canine Pouch (48 x 100g)

I have been buying this product for some months now and my dog likes it. It has made a huge difference to his wellbeing.

Our 15 year old staffy has just been diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease. Our vet has told us she needs to go on a renal diet. As she’s not got many teeth left she would always have other dog food Brand in pouches. There was no pouches of any sort in our vets so we had to buy tins. She hated the food and refused to eat it. That’s when I found the Royal Canin pouches on Amazon. Once I opened the pouch our fur baby Pearl demolished the food in seconds. Since then she’s carried on eating it at every meal time. We give her three pouches a day as they are small and she’s a staffy. Breakfast, lunch and tea. She’s now content and sleeps like a baby so Thankyou to these pouches. They didn’t take long to come either and we live in the Isle of Man. So I would highly recommend them.

My dog likes this food, it does smell quite nice I have to say, it seems a reasonable cost for “veterinary” diet, just slightly more than her old food. Transitioning over from her old food to this has taken about a week and she’s not had any digestive issues! So overall we’re both happy.

My 13 year old Jack Russell terrier has just been diagnosed with kidney failure and only has 20% function,stage 4 , I started her on this food 4 days ago along with other products, 1 medication and herbal supplement drops and already I can see an improvement. Although she has continued doing the crazy things jack Russell terriers do like the zoomies and playing she is more tired by the end of the day which is something I expect, she eats these pouches with gusto which makes me very happy, I know she won't ever get well and will deteriorate but as long as she carries on eating and playing I will keep fighting for her to live a full and happy life.

Entirely recommend this product if your dog suffers from any kind of renal issues, my dog was stage four liver failure, but with just eaten this food and also the Renal biscuits he has managed to reverse his condition

I got these as they are pouches and better as I only use a part of one to get my dog used to them they are put in the fridge part used till he finishes them
