well i believe vitamins work on a micro level so i definitely feel like they do something but they certainly wont stop you getting ill, however the illness may no be as intense as it would be without them, i work nights so its extra important to get multivitamins in. the gummy a very nice they taste like really strong strawberry sweets. they are very easy to chew ao i would say vita well is a solid brand
