A fairly easy build. Great colors and beautiful when complete.

I had done Metal Earth models that I got in Hobby Lobby, but I wanted something pretty and a bit more challenging. This fit the bill. I am amazed at how well it went together. I will suggest that when building the tower part, you can do it more easily than the instructions say. This is handy because you are building the same structure 7 times to create a stacked tower. Here’s what I did, and by the end, I was building them in less than five minutes each.1. Bend the base floor of that floor of the tower into shape.2. Secure the red window/door piece to the base.3. Bend the tabs on the top of the window/door piece (the tabs that will connect to the green roof) outward at a 45° angle.3a. Bend the green roof tabs downward at a 30° angle. (Don’t worry about this being exact angles… just estimating here. This puts all the tabs in a position so that they will easy slide together all at once.)4. Slide the bent green roof tabs into the base WHILE ALSO sliding it onto the already-bent window/door tabs.5. Secure the window/door tabs to the green roof6. Secure the roof to the inside of the base.For some reason, this worked more easily for me. It’s a cute piece. Very small: will fit nicely on a bookshelf or windowsill. Also, if you want to add a battery-powered tea light inside, it would totally fit and probably look really cool.

I got this item twice. Second time it was a replacement. Both times they came with the same defect of multiple sheets bent. Since I was attempting to give this puzzle as a present and was working with a deadline, I attempted to construct the puzzle anyway. Turns out, the pieces that make up the drum platform of the puzzle have the wrong connector that makes putting it together all but impossible.The metal pieces that make up the side drum platforms have male connectors, when according to the steps in the instruction manual, they're supposed to be the female connectors. The base that hooks onto these pieces also appear to be male connectors, making them impossible to connect together.The front of the instruction manual where all the pieces are displayed also have the incorrect picture for the metal pieces in question, further leading to confusion that these are the correct pieces. But it also makes me suspect that even the first instance of this product that I received had this defect as well, since the instruction booklets show both the correct and incorrect version inside its pages.tl;dr Avoid purchasing this unless you want to risk having multiple instances of defective components and misleading and incorrect instructions.

Really beautiful model that I'm excited to show in my home. Had fun putting it together, had to learn a bit as I went but instructions are generally clear. Familiar with puzzels and model kits but my first metal one. Took a few hours to complete but satisfying for the most part. My only downside is the parts highlighted in blue in my image... Instructions show design of these parts with features that can mate (pocket and tab) but actual parts had features that could not be matted together (tab to tab). I had to poke holes using a sewing needle to get these pieces together. Think it came out nice still but the design should be fixed.

Had fun. It's an enjoyable build. Not to hard and looks great. Only problem is that they are made of brass and you can't bend it to much so be sure you have it where you want it.

My husband enjoyed this puzzle and it's cute.

In the instructions the drum has slots for the drumhead “tabs” to fit into, but the pieces have tabs. The diameter is much larger than the drumhead. Waste of $30. Very disappointing.
