Fit was quite small and it stank straight out of the pack. Not the usual fireproofing smell but like it had been damp when packed.

Protects your head from UV tanning and sparks.
Got this for welding to stop UV tanning on my neck by a MIG welder. It is excellent and protects against sparks from messy stick welders especially. It fits snugly under your welding mask and is both comfortable and not too hot to wear. An essential piece of PPE if you plan on doing a lot of welding.

Sweet Protection
This is so helpful when it comes to overhead and vertical GMAW welding. It runs a bit small but still fits and covers the ears and mouth.

Works but does run small
I was doing lots of pulse spray welding and kept getting sunburn on my neck, chin, and earlobes from the UV reflection of my clothes and other objects. Determined to stop that, I bought this neck protector, and it does work. But the other reviews are correct, and it is smaller that I would like, where the velcro just barely closes under the chin.
