They liked the size and fragrance

This bar soap is amazing! It cleans like no other. I love the light pine scent it gives. The only thing it is drying a bit. So, you should follow up with body lotion afterwards. But you feel squeaky clean and fresh. Ever since this was introduced to me from a family member, I have never in 2 years bothered to buy another bar soap and do not plan on it (Except for the times my budget will not allow lol.) It is expensive because of the quality you are getting. Duke Cannon has a good amount of other bar soaps, I just personally love this one.

Soap came in product boxes also wrapped in think plastic and we could still smell the soap before opening the Amazon shipping box, so scents very strong - but not in a bad way! We tried a number of the scents; guys uniformly liked the pine soap, and the gals liked the Busch Sandalwood and Duke Cannon Midnight Swim. Brick too big for my small hands (female), but we got the D.C. Tactical Soup On a Rope Pouch for my Dad (almost 90 years old!) because he has trouble holding on to things, and that provided a good solution for us both. Seems a little pricey, but apparently it's a "cult" thing, and appears to be longer-lasting than other bars of soap. Very well received by various gift-ees overall.

Love this brand of bar soap and love this scent. I originally started using Duke Cannon because I got their brick of coal scent as a gag gift, but I've found is excellent, and one of the few soaps that leaves me looking and feeling completely clean without scrubbing all my skin off after a long day at the shop.

The pine scent is awesome and the big brick bar lasts for days
