Zeagle Contoured Weight Pouch (Each)

These are very convenient with a Zeagle BCD. For years I put my weights directly in the dumpable pockets. That's fine but makes the BCD very heavy, for example when passing it up to someone on a zodiac. Even just bringing the BCD and several small weights back to my car after a shore dive was easier with these. Not cheap, but convenient. I'm happy I finally got them.

I recently got my new Zeagle Zena BCD, and I wear a size XSmall. The reason I tell you this is, I origianlly ordered these 12lb. weight pouches without any idea that they would not fit into the pockets of my XSmall Zena BCD. I wound up having to send them back. The description said that these would fit the Zena BCD, so, I ordered them, not realizing that they would not fit. I ended up ordering the 10 lb. weight pouches that were stated to fit the Ranger Jr. BCD's. I am guessing that since my XSmall Zena is so small, this 12 lb. weight pouch is just too large. In terms of quality and function, these work very well and seem very durable and anticipate they will last for years to come.

Zeagle pockets come in different sizes, unfortunately the actual size (I ordered the 10 lb) do not correspond to the label on the packaging. First I got one 10 lb and three 12.5 lb labelled either 10 or 10 and 12.5 lb (two different labels on the same plastic bag). I returned the three wrong ones and got back two correct ones and a third again 12.5 lb. Sort of lottery.

Other than there’s no reason they should cost $17 each, these work great! They keep my weights from slipping through the bottom of the pouch and getting lost on dives. Also serve as a handy carrying pouch for the weights outside the BC
