My 3 year old loves this
My son is 3 and loves this set of writing cards, he comes back to it over and over again which is funny as he doesn't do that with toys anywhere near as much, but anything educational he does seem to.The plastic container is small and light, he struggles to open it at times but that is a good thing, so he usually comes and asks me to open it for him and then he is able to get on with it himself, and shows me his progress once he has done a few cards. The pen, again, isn't something he is able to open himself usually, tending to try with his teeth and most of the time pulling the sponge out of the end to my amusement and his frustration ha.So far he has only filled the dotted letters in on the picture cards, once he gets bored of doing that I will get him to play the sort of letter bingo game that is included, which should take things to the next level. For me, to conclude, this is a portable education pack that my son likes and only costs £13 so I must give this a glowing recommendation and the maximum 5 stars!

Nice to be able to tidy the project up into its own box to keep it all together.
This shuffle and play writing practice set has been really useful for us, as we timed it to match when our youngest was learning letter forms at school and then they were engaged in doing this at home. The cards wipe clean easily and it arrives as a self contained set with the dry wipe pens and laminated cards in a clamshell type plastic holder. The only real thing to keep in mind is that the clips that hold the pens are not really designed to withstand young childrens prying finger and they break off almost immediately - however they're not essential anyway as you can just keep the pens in loose. Nice to be able to tidy the project up into its own box to keep it all together.

Fun Flash Card game - Wipeable Cards - Neat Storage
So you can use this a couple of different ways there is a bingo style game which is a bit more complex or you can simply use it as flashcards to teach your child spellings and language. Themselves are well made and pretty durable and wipe clean pretty easily. Phone is just playing a little bit of antibacterial spray on paper towel cleaned away the residue fully after we have been using the cards. Call Ian a handy monster style Carry case so they can be taken on trips or in the car with ease. Pretty well made thick cards that should last a while.

Educational fun
This is a fun set for kids starting school or in the earlier years like reception, year 1. My 4 year old daughter is starting in September and had a lot of fun with these. The set includes wipeable cards with basic words which they can trace. Along with the picture on each card to help, there are also little cards with letter combinations and a dry wipe pen. It all comes in a little carry case so it is well contained. As it wipes off, you can use and re use many times.

A game for all the family
If this had just been a stand alone, write-on-the-card set then it would have got old very quickly so I like the fact they have turned this into a game although I feel like it still seems a bit complicated. To begin with I like that you can just work on picture recognition - asking them what is pictured on each card. Then they can work on writing the letters before later progressing onto the game. I can only think to describe it as something like bingo. Each person chooses a number of picture cards then turns over a letter card. If any letters match they can write them in before scoring the used ones out (so they can only be used once) and passing it onto the next person so they can write any in. They then pick another letter card and write out their letters before passing it to the next person. The game continues until someone has written out the letters on all their cards. The pen writes easily on the cards and although it has a spongey bit on the end to rub it out, it leaves a residue so I'd recommend having a cloth handy. It is a game all the family could play. My 4 year old is practicing writing his letters but we are no where near the game playing stage yet but it gave him confidence in knowing what the pictures showed although he was a bit confused when he saw the picture of a lettuce (which he knew) but the answer was salad.

Educational and fun
These cards were great fun for all the family. I have had great fun with my family playing this and educating my girls at the same time. They are great value for money and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to try and help their children with learning their letters and words. It was really easy to understand the game, my kids picked it up really fast.

The Write Stuff
We have a few flash cards that allow the children to trace around a letter and then rub it out to try again. Shuffles 'Writing Letters' takes this idea and makes it into a game. Each player gets three flashcards with a simple word on it. A letter card is then revealed. The first player tries to match the letters if they can, any not used go onto the next player. The player who wins has filled out all three cards the quickest. You can speed up or slow the game by changing the number of cards a player gets.It is a simple idea, but still a little complex for children learning their letters. My eldest held their own, but the youngest just wanted to trace. The idea that some people can use the letters and others cannot is what caused the confusion. With a little adult supervision, the game ran smoothly, and it did educate and entertain. The cards themselves are well made and all live in a cool monster style box that the kids love.
