The booklet instructions made it very easy to remove the old cylinders and replace them.

My Inogen G3 only has 185 hours but is 5+ years old. Inogen suggested I replace the Columns, even though hours are low. My Lungs don't perform well enough at altitudes over 3500 feet. Blue Cross Insurance won't approve an Oxygen Concentrator. So I lucked out and bought mine at an Estate Sale for $25. The Concentrator works perfectly with new Columns and Battery. We are on a trip now with altitudes as high as 6000+ feet. My SPO2 is around 94 - 96 with Concentrator at level 2 and around 4000 to 4700 feet. I had to go level 3 above 5400 feet. I never smoked, am athletic, reasonable weight, yet my SPO2 is below 95 most of the time without the Concentrator, at 200 feet altitude, and at Home. During sleep, 50% of the time, SPO2 is 91 and below. No one knows Why? Thanks Inogen.

These were exact replacements. It came with instructions. It came with the tool needed to remove the columns. It came with dust covers in place. It also was very easy to change both columns and reset the sieve bed light. All back up and running in less than five minutes. Thank you for an excellent product.
