Beautiful mugs!
The 16oz white mugs are very pretty. Good for not only coffee/tea but they make a nice soup mug too. They are of excellent quality and packaged extremely well. Come in a white sturdy box with each individual mug placed in very dense foam. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Lovely Porcelain Mugs
I chose them as I wanted a mug with a thin rim so that when taking a sip of coffee, it would not dribble as heavier rim mugs tend to do. Size is perfect, balance of the handle is perfect. Overall a graceful and appropriate mug.

These mugs are really elegant yet sturdy for everyday use. One of the mugs came chipped and Fiona in customer Service promptly sent out a replacement for it. I am so happy with the mug set and the customer service, will be buying another set to add to collection.

Lovely cups!
I bought these cups because I wanted enough room from my coffee, cream ans sugar. They are beautiful, sturdy and clean very nicely in the dishwasher.

Lovely but poor quality control
Given the superior packaging, I was surprised to find that one cup was chipped at the top and others had black scuff marks on the rim.

PERFECTLY LOVELY ELEGANT MUG
JUST RECEIVED THESE AND LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM SO MUCH I ORDERED 4 MORE. IF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE EARLIER "GRACE TEAWARE" MUGS THESE ARE EXACTLY LIKE THOSE IN EVERY WAY BUT JUST A LITTLE LARGER WHICH IS GREAT. THE Grace Teaware MUGS WERE MY VERY FAVORITE MUGS EVER AS THE LIP IS THIN, SLIGHT CURVED OUT so no drips around the rim AND THE HANDLE IS SO VERY COMFORTABLE AND ERGONOMIC. THE BIG PLUS IS THEY ARE JUST LOVELY AND HAVE AN ELEGANCE TO THEM THAT YOU JUST DON'T SEE IN YOUR REGULAR COFFEE TYPE MUGS. THESE ARE GREAT AND PERFECT MIXED IN WITH ALL OF MY OTHER WHITE DINNERWARE THAT INCLUDES LE CREUSET PASTA BOWLS IN WHITE AND VILLEROY AND BACH WHITE "MANOIR" PATTERN DINNER PLATES, SALAD PLATES AND SMALL BOWLS. IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!! SO well packed in dense foam so very pleased WITH THE PACKAGING AS WELL.

Great! Spacious, light, chic
Really enjoy these mugs. They do stain a bit (as expected of porcelain) but stain does come off with better cleaning techniques.Love them!
