The torch I have been looking for.
I am a pretty avid outdoorsman and have a pretty good collection of torches from high end tactical lights to hardware store counter purchases but finding the right light for the dog walk has been a challenge. Rain (snow) or shine I am taking the dog for a walk but nothing really met what I needed. I don’t need a tactical endcap switch, I hate having to cycle through the modes, I hate hitting the strobe mode. CR123A are too expensive to replace in a light I use every night, AA / AAA are not bright enough and don’t hold a charge. I hate to head out the door and it be dead. I needs to be low power enough to not have a harsh reflection so I can see what the dog is nosing at but powerful enough to see the coon he is barking at. It also has be the right size for a men’s medium hand.So I think I found my torch. Happy to say it arrived faster than expected, with a rainy weekend it was nice to see how well it stood up. Torch arrived in a very nice box and with instructions that were written by someone who speaks English rather by someone who just used google to translate them. Came with extra o-rings that I will quickly lose, lanyard, two batteries, charging cable and belt holster. The holster has a two belt loops stacked on top of each other. The bottom one is stitched at both ends, the one on top of it has a snap and a little Velcro. So if you want loop your belt through for security or use the snap for easy on and off you are good to go. The bottom / inside loop is 2.5 inches and the top / outer loop is close to 3 inches. They look to be big enough for a duty belt / battle belt or attach to molle loops.Overall a very nice construction, a solid build. Never used a magnetic charger before but it is easy to use and is lit on the end so quick to find on the desk and in the dark you are not trying to figure out how to plug it into the torch. One of the videos showed it upright to light a room, I sort of thought it was misleading so I tried it myself. So in a dark room with the torch on high it did a great job, as good as my Milwaukee M12 Rocket stand light.Out on our walks the lock on the switch is easy to use, no fear of it turning on in my pocket. The power indicator is nice, not something I have seen very often. The memory function is what really makes this work for me. Turn it off and it comes back to the same mode the next time you turn it on, I think the manual said it keeps that setting for a minute but it seemed longer than that. If you turn it on after an extending amount of time, it definitely starts with the turbo mode.First walk we ran the light in turbo for about 20 minutes, the head was very warm but nothing to be worried about burning yourself. Popping out the battery to check the temp, it didn’t seem warm at all. The beam has a tight spot with nice consistent flood, just what I needed. Color temp is on the cooler side but I had to run it side by side with another light that was warmer to really notice it. I know some people want something to a daylight color temp, I can’t say I am really sensitive to that in most applications. So being my dog walking light, it needs to be weather proof. Honestly everything ends up in a puddle at some point. Good see it has a IP67 rating. I wanted to try it out and the puddle I chose was a little deeper than expected, I was not really wanting to get my sleeves wet but at least I know it can take a minute or two in 12 inches of water.Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Two items of note. For some reason I thought it had a magnetic base, it doesn’t, I think I read too much into it. Only the charger is magnetic. Also the description says two backup batteries, it comes with two batteries so I would call that one backup.

Awesome thrower
I really enjoy this light. Fairly inexpensive, magnetic charging and excellent throw.PROS:-easy charging using the supplied magnetic charging cord. It gives a solid retention and charges well.-incredible throw! I originally bought this because of its listed throw and I could not be happier. It projects a nice, tight hotspot with just a bit of spill. Amazing for lighting up something far away.-incredibly bright.-acceptable size. It’s a little large compared to my other flashlight, but man does it pack some power, and easily pocketable.-easy UI. 4 brightness settings and a strobe mode. All done by either clicking twice, or holding. Switching between brightness levels is easy, and it allows you to choose easier because of a longer pause in between levels.-auto lockout. I didn’t like this at first, but after playing with it last night I really love it. Just hold to direct access turbo and unlock. Very easy. Has a red ring around the button when it is locked.-2 batteries. This is worth a bit extra already, and they aren’t proprietary. My external charger shows them to be a true 3000mah as well.CONS:-no magnetic tail cap. Although, being a thrower, this isn’t really an issue.-smooth. The knurling could be more aggressive. It holds well, but feels a bit slippery. All in all, it’s an excellent light and perfect for what I needed it for. 5 stars all day.

Wow that’s bright!
So this is a nice little light! It comes with a bunch of stuff, extra seals, 2 batteries, a case, belt clip. Well thought out package. The light in turbo mode is very bright. It will light up a room in daylight and is brighter then the (3) 60 watt equivalent bulbs in my dining room. I have replaced my previous light on my duty belt with this one. I wish it had an end switch though. Other then that, I have no issues with this light. Recommended.

Excellent light!
What a good buy! Small, compact, VERY bright! In the picture attached, the dam across the pond is 247 yards and you can see it clearly. Very impressive little light. Pocket size or use the holster. The magnetic charger is pretty slick too, hoping it holds up to many charges.

Good light
The Odepro NT21 has been pretty reliable so far. It comes with the light itself, a velcro pouch with belt loop, magnetic charging cable, 2 batteries and instructions. The light seems to be pretty durable especially since it's been dropped and knocked around a bit. The finish on it is good quality. Threads are nice and smooth, no gritty sound when unscrewing the tail cap. The pouch is good quality with elastic sides and hold the light secure. Batteries seem pretty good too. The claim is accurate of 1200 lumens. The beam is great! Nice tight hot spot and good distance. The UI is fairly simple and easy to use. All in all it's a good light at a decent price.
