First time using creatine mid 30s woman who does weight training and I’ve def noticed a difference within a week. I did a loading faze and then now taking 5g per day. My physique looks more toned and can see the pump more after weight training. Been taking the product for 5 weeks now

I've been wanting to get on creatine for the longest time. This product is flavorless so I can add it to any drink I want and it does not affect the flavor of the shake, smoothie, or water. It has helped me gain muscle and I cannot wait to keep on trying it to get better results. It is a bigger tub than I expected so there's so much product! Definitely recommend getting on it.

This is the first time taking creatine and I'm very pleased with this one! I did choose to do a loading phase of 20g a day like they recommend for 5-6 days. I wasn't sure since some recommend females to skip the loading phase but i just decided to do it. I then went down to 5g a day after my 5 day loading period. I did experience water weight in my first week or so but I don't know if I personally would compare it to bloating like I sometimes experience on my period. I have had people actually comment on my gains in the past month alone which is definitely something I'd say is from this creatine. It does say on the tub to take your creatine after your workout but I just do it in the morning on my way to the gym so I remember. I mix it with grape juice and some water and it tastes good!I weighed 138lbs prior to taking and now my new weight is 140lbs. I haven't altered anything else so I'm assuming that's due to this.
