The fluidity of the product. The ease in applying the product. However, I did not like the color. Overall, I really liked the product.

Nice eyebrow color
I didn’t like the small brush but the color was pretty. If the brush was larger I think it would sell better

Not for dark hair
I've used Mary Kay products for over 20 years & have never had an issue with them. This product, however, is not what it states. I'm a brunette--dark brown hair, dark brown eyebrows. This product states it's for brunettes, but it's not. The color is light--more suited for a redhead or someone with hair that's very light brown. Even then, check your eyebrow color. If you have dark eyebrows, this is NOT the color for you. I returned it & won't be buying another one. Seriously disappointing, and not the quality that I'm accustomed to with Mary Kay products.

Wrong color I needed black.
