Works great as long as you remember to butter the molds before each and every use.
Nice pans. Lightweight, but no bending from the oven. So easy to clean. The cookies come right out cleanly as long as you remember to butter the mold EVERY time. I use a mix of 1-2 tablespoons of butter and 1-1.5 of flour depending on how many I am baking. Then brush each mold completely. Works like a dream. This was a good price for 2 pans of this quality. They are pretty thin and don’t take up much cupboard space.

Needed a pan for 12 madeleine recipe. This is a good quality pan—and the two-fer makes it a great value.
