Hercules HA206 Guitar Neck Cradle

I had a plastic one from D'Addario (usually a quality brand) - tripod style the legs would snap open - with a very small saddle for the neck to cradle. I hated the thing. This one is WAY WAY better. Made of metal and plastic - with a VERY wide saddle to cradle your guitar neck. It doesn't tip over - slide - or do anything stupid. It just works perfectly. Admittedly it is not as compact when folded as the D'Addario - but for me that is no big deal. I have plenty of room in my 'Guitar Maintenance Tool Box'. I recommend this product.

I wanted a sturdier neck rest than the tripod type I’d been using, but one I could still put away in my box when I was finished. This one is excellent. It folds flat when not in use, is padded nicely, and is easy to work around. It works great.

Let me just make it clear this is my first manufactured neck rest I’ve used. I’ve owned it for little over 2 years now, and I think it’s great, I use it frequently. My only issue with it is it gets a bit unstable when changing strings it tends to like to try to fall over. If it wasn’t for that it would have 5 stars.

I've recently started doing some of my own luthier work on my collection of 8 guitars. This simple, inexpensive device solves the single biggest problem of working on a guitar while its laying down. Totally worth owning if you do any guitar work at all. Stores flat - nice and sturdy.

The dolt that posted the picture and needed zip ties has the adjustment bar upside down. This is very solid when used correctly.

Guitar repair neck support use. Great due to height adjustment capability. Being used for string changes, saddle slotting, saddle R&R, and works well.

If you have to add twist ties or anything to stabilize this, then one of your parts is upside down. Look closely at advertised photos and then look at your own product. Another reviewer had attached items to stabilize their stand, but one of their pieces was upside down. I am very happy with my purchase. I also love that it will become flat when needed.

I thought this was going to be made of flimsy cheap water bottle plastic but it is well constructed. Metal poles that fold flat, and the plastic insert at the bottom is really substancial. Very happy I bought this!

Que dire pour un article aussi basic ? Ca fait le job, ça semble solide, pratique pour être ranger puisque pliable, plusieurs hauteur possible pour s'adapter a la guitare. Je l'utilise pour une jackson Sl2h

Sehr nützlich bei der Pflege und Reinigung von Gitarren. Der Ständer ist seit einiger bei mir regelmäßig im Gigbag mit dabei. Zusammen mit einer Saiten Kurbel und ein wenig Werkzeug lassen sich damit alle notwendigen Wartungsarbeiten am Instrument vor Ort ausführen. Der Ständer ist klein, leicht verstaubar. Die Auflage ist gut gepolstert. Hinweis: bei Instrumenten mit Nitro Lackierung am besten beim Gebrauch noch ein Stofftaschentuch unterlegen, damit die Halslackierung keinen Schaden nimmt.

I hunted for ages on the net to finally find this little guy. It’s cheap, well made, stable and adjustable. It’s far better than a cushion under the neck. Just buy it.
