Got for my son because when he lies down at night he gets a really blocked nose and can't breathe properly through it so we got these to help and they really have. Before he had different ones that were plastic and really uncomfortable but these ones are fabric and he says they don't irritate him at all. Really opens up the airways and he can get a decent sleep. Good value for money. He can also apply on his own he's 7 and it's very easy for him to do. Will definitely order again.

I thought I'd try these for my daughter, not for snoring but for her deviated septum. She has trouble breathing through her nose especially if she has a cold. Tried first time and they were amazing! They helped with breathing and she managed to get a decent night's sleep! So good I'm she's on her 3 packet. She will need an operation for her deviated septum but these are amazing for a temporary measure.! Brilliant..thank you!

Ok, but don’t stay on if you are warm or in hot weather do work, but better nights sleep.

These strips are very useful for nose block, specially at night. My partner can breathe and sleep better with them. Good value for money. Although i only give 4 stars because it doesn t stop snorring.
