The label says to take two tablets twice a day. I read in the reviews that two tablets/day work. Well, I must acknowledge that I have a super sensitive body but 1/4 tablet a day brought my blood pressure down from 150/85 to 120/79. Plus, I don't get the stomach upset that I did when I first tried 1 full tablet and wanted to fall asleep all day. It does have magnesium in it so, in my experience, it is better to take with dinner. I've been on 1/4 tablet a day for three weeks and my bp is still holding at or around 120/79. Even my naturopath wrote down the name of the supplement.

Didn't think this would do what it promised, but it has. Been using it for about a year, and it controls my blood pressure. The only caveat is if you are allergic to shrimp, you might not want to use it, since it comes from krill, which is a tiny crustacean as well. Apprently they have changed the product contents since I last purchased it, because it no longer lists krill as the source of the fish protein, so perhaps my caveat is no longer applicable. I heard about this in an alternative newsletter, and figured, give it a try. Of course, insurance doesn't cover its cost, and it isn't cheap, but it is considerably safer to use, with no side effects, and no damage to the heart, which some of the allopathic medications can do.

Yes, an actual MD suggested I use this when I complained of side effects of high blood pressure meds. And yes, it works. I’ve been slowly lowering my meds, will be completely off next week and BP is just fine. Actually it’s lower than it was and no side effects. There’s a lot to be said for medicines that work with your body instead of fighting it with anti this and that and piles of side effects.

My husband is keeping his blood pressure under control without prescription meds. This is one of the things he takes on a regular basis. His blood pressure stays managed when he is taking these. When he stopped for awhile, the numbers crept up. So he continues to order it regularly.

I read about this product and brought for my wife. She does not complain about headaches like she used to with high blood pressure. This product gets five stars from me.

Now, I've been buying it for about 5 years for a family member, sometimes on Amazon, sometimes elsewhere when cheaper. You must take 2 twice a day. Clearly works without a doubt. Doctor confirmed and now doctor is a fan and recommends it.
