PMS has been one of my BIGGEST adult nightmares to date. It disturbs my entire life.I felt PMS x10000 coming on this month... My stash of capsule dong quai had been used up and I immediately searched for a tea I could consume through the rest of my PMS week. I ordered this one...The flavor is good- especially mixed with another tea or oat milk.But TALK ABOUT THE RESULTS. Not sure if this is an anomaly or what, but my PMS cleared UP IMMEDIATELY. By the next day, my head was clear, mood lifted, I could create again, felt so positive. Then, my period came 5 days early. This NEVER happens. I'm always right on the mark. Regardless, total relief. Hardly any period cramps. This worked for me, and since it gave me so much relief, I recommend it for you.Try it out.

Very strong celery taste and smell but it is very relaxing! I have recommended this tea to several people since I bought it.

This is my first time trying this and I can say I actually enjoy the taste. Definitely will purchase again.

Tastes like sweat and hot celery water, but it's easier if you chug it down. Helped relieve my period cramps and a bit of bloating along with hot flashes

Works well for hot flashes. Used it during Summer heatwave/intense/oppressive heat and this helped alot!!!. After I drink it I get a little light headed for awhile but that goes away, it is probably because I have alot of allergies to herbal things. The weirdest thing I'm experiencing now after drinking it last week is that I did not get my period. I'm hoping and praying that it is menopause for me because I'm 50 years old and have been getting my period every month on time up until this past week. I am not sure if it is the tea that is making this happen. ??? With luck, the tea has put me into menopause finally, which I am hoping, but not sure of yet...

Safety tape on either side was broken. The box was wide open when I opened the box it came in. It smells awful. Of course, can’t return it. I’m not taking a chance on drinking this.

So I bought this tea because of all of the beneficial properties I read about. I will say that yes it does help with bloating for me but the smell and taste is awful. I don't think it's suppose to smell and taste like burning electrical wires. I read that it should taste similar to star anise and it doesn't.

This tea is really nice the flavor is ok it tastes like celery with honey on it so it’s not bad. It is In the celery family. The tea does warm you up and the thickness is really nice so it’s not hard to drink.Edit:I drank this tea to help me get my period or sally as i like to call it. Sally has a bad habit of leaving at the smallest sign of stress and this tea really helps me with regulating my body when needed.
