Diesel Fuel Injector Return Line Kit Compatible with 1989-1994 Ford Non-Powerstroke 7.3L

Replacement lines/o-rings all worked well, installation was relatively easy, but included caps leaked like sieves. Swapped with original caps and all leaks stopped

Had issues with the kit leaking in a couple of weeks after installing it. My advice buy another kit. I have never had problems like this with other kits from parts houses

I had to do fuel return line job 3 times because of this kit, I threw away the O-rings that came with this and bought O-rings from Harbor Freight. Seriously, if Harbor Freight has O-rings that fit better than what should be Automotive o-rings, these are junk. I gave it two stars instead of one star because the hose is fine, and the clamps work well, and the plastic caps were correct.

they did not work. installed them,they poured fuel way worse than the old ones, I thought they sent the wrong o rings,but they looked correct in the injectors so Igot out my calipers measured the tees against my old ones.....guess what....they are .015 larger. i was pissed to say the least,as my injectors are next to impossible to get to. I guess the china man making them used metric.......signed POA

ACTUALLY WORKS. None of the other kits worked for my 7.3 IDI. Bought the Delphi kit and it leaked like crazy. Install with silicone lube, and measure appropriately. I made the outer lines 3 3/4 in, and the middle two lines 4 in.

Not only are the o rings thinner ,105 vs .090.The cups are larger Id.It leaks worse with the new kit,had to buy one from auto parts store.

The braided covering wouldn't stay on when putting on the clamps.
