Q: is it safe for a aquarium?

This is what I used for my reef sump, allow 48 hours to cure and you're good to go.

Q: I have a broken large acrylic doll display (1/8" thick I'd guess?) Will this be suitable & do I need to buy a different tip or does it come with one?

It is a wide opening, so does not come out in a thin stream. Yes, I recommend using a thin nozzle tip. No, one is not included. You could squeeze some glue on wax paper or a painter's palette and apply it with a brush to ensure controlled even coverage. Good luck with the doll display.

This plenty-- 5 oz. will glue much more than it looks. At least 20 linear feet.

Q: I have a box held together with screws. Should I use #16,4,or 3 or a combination to relieve stress. One of the screws cracked the box?

I glued up 2 boxs with 16 no screws it is very strong.
