I bought these to connect a WIDI Jack to my Morningstar midi controller pedal. It works perfectly. The leads are good quality. Also useful to connect a small bluetooth audio receiver to my Bose headphones to make them wireless. Brilliant.

Does it work? YES! Is it easy to set up? (on macOS) YES! Is there noticeable latency? ONLY A VERY TINY AMOUNT! (not enough to bother me, and I'm very picky) Does it come with TRS/DIN cables? NOPE! You'll have to buy your own. Somehow this plus the TRS cables still worked out cheaper than the CME MIDI Master device, which is less versatile. Highly recommended!

I like this connects a multi effects to midi to use smart phone software; impossible to do with cables. Drops out occasionally but so far not when data transfer is under way.

Perfect for linking my Roland Aira devices.

Bought it to connect the Headrush MX5 which can feed the its power directly from the midi cables, no need extra usb cable. Customer Support is superb !

Despite following the convoluted installation process correctly (and that after a LOT of Googling) this thing doesn't work as promised. It is SLOW and flakey and just doesn't make a stable connection. Hugely disappointing and thus returned, tout de suite.

After trying cheaper options that were literally useless as they couldn’t play back midi data in time, i tried this & it works flawlessly. There is latency obviously but it’s extremely low and constant so you can adjust the rest of your hardware accordingly.

What a cool little dongle. I used this to add a wireless footswitch to my Boss RC-500 Loop Station and it works excellently. The connectivity is fast and consistent, and it runs off of most midi devices internal power meaning it doesn't need it's own supply though it does have a USB-C jack for this purpose if needed, making it compatible with older gear that may not have modern midi specs. The included cables are just what i needed, though their short length might not suit all applications. Make sure you choose the correct package with the proper cables for your setup. Totally worth it for the convenience it provides in not having to run more cables to an already crowded floorspace.

I bought an early CME product back in 2017 and hated it. I wrote a scathing review on Amazon - entirely justified - and then steered well clear of CME products for years. However, one of the company reps reached out to me privately a while back and after nearly a year of doing intermittent research, I decided to risk my money again a few months ago and bought a WIDI Master.....and was blown away by the performance and reliability. After my first very disappointing experience with BLE MIDI, I didn't trust this technology at all for reliability - let alone for professional stage use - but I subsequently bought another 2 x WIDI Masters and recently decided to invest in a WIDI Jack for another section of my gig rig. FYI, all of the current WIDI devices use the same technology and its just the form factor and I/O options that differ between the devices, and the WIDI Jack has been a great addition to my setup. I've also pre-ordered 2 x WIDI Uhosts and WIDI Bud Pro....and as someone who tends to be very stringent with my equipment requirements, there's no way I'd have outlaid so much money on WIDI products if they didn't live up to my very high expectations. Highly recommended.
