Pro's outweigh the con's
This mask has a few niggles that keep it from 5 stars for me: 1) the cord is really short so I now have to have a socket extension on my bedside table which is unsightly but otherwise you can't move freely. 2) the cable is very thin so I worry it will get damaged 3) the way the graphene film is cut sits low on the bridge of my nose and so I can't tighten the mask to my head fully or it pinches and I really dislike any pressure in this area. 4) compared to the disposable heated eye masks I tried previously this isn't as damp on the eyes so not as Soothing. 5) occasionally I have found my eye mask has either switched itself on during the day or turns itself off at night before I have fallen asleep... I'm not sure if this is a fault with my mask?Having said all that, I am using it nightly still, it does help! I am diabetic and the opticians said I had blepharitis (eyelid swelling) for which this mask combined with the special wipes has sorted, my eyes are far less dry than they used to be when using this mask and humidifiers around the home. The mask is very lightweight and because I don't like heavy things or pressure around my eyes or nose this makes it perfect as I can use this even compared to some non heating eye masks which I found too heavy. As for any sinus claims, while I don't have any problems there I'm aware of, I was using it recently while suffering from a nasty head cold with a stuffy blocked nose and was rather surprised while drifting off to sleep when a massive amount of snot dislodged itself and I could suddenly breathe. Gross I know, but if you have sinus problems then maybe this info could help you decide if this mask will help you.

Using for 'dry eyes'.
Only my yearly visit to the eye clinic will determine if this has been effective.

said it was silk, but it came with a tag saying polyester
said it was silk, but it came with a tag saying polyesterI don't think anything else was bad about this product, heated my eyes at a nice temperatureBut, I returned it for 2 reasons1) said it was silk, but it came with a tag saying polyester2) there's no way to keep the eye mask clean long term, I didn't want to get an eye infection in a few months, would be great if cover was removable, as wiping the polyester doesn't look like it would do the trick

Nice concept and useful
This is an intersting product, on the surface it is just another eye mask, albeit a nice quality one. However it also has a heating function that uses 'far infrared' to treat eye conditions such as 'Blepharitis' (whatever that is). As I don't have any health issues such as that I can't confirm or deny the claims made as to the effectiveness of this eye mask in regards to such treatment. This is achieved by connecting the eye mast to a power source using the supplied special lead. While this is a solution and does allow the maker to keep the eye mask very light and comfortable it is I think a bit of an issue as you don't want a lead across the bed while you are trying to sleep. Admittedly the lead is attached magnetically so it will just pull off the eye mask if the lead gets caught up or similar, but I can't help but think a small rechargeable cell built into the mask or the elastic strap would have made more sense hence why the dropping of one star from its rating.Just to dwell on the heating function for another few lines this is implemented using a product called 'graphene' which is built into the mask as an internal film which when stimulated with electricty produces the electromatic waves that are claimed to help with eye disease and even re-generate lost cells etc... This functionality is also somewhat configurable offering 3 different temperatures and also features an auto shut-off function so you don't need to worry about falling asleep with it turned on.Leaving aside the claimed health benefits and associated heating functions the eye mask used just like a traditional one is incredibly comfortable to wear having a silk finish and adjustable head band. It does a good job of blocking light as you'd expect and does indeed help you achieve better quality sleep. So purely on this basis it can be recommended even if you have no intention to ever use the heat/treatment functionality.

Very fine effect but looks like not complete
A very lovely idea with this mask, apparently is the first device of this kind I'm trying now and The idea behind it is good, effect is so nice but made like still a trial product, not a finished one.Comes packed well, USB cable inside and the mask itself. The mask is awesome - nice silk, very beautiful and a really fine touch - love it so much. The effect that it has on my eyes is very fine and nice as well - that heat is really making me feel better, that I can confirm. Used it for about 5-6 times last few weeks and I'll definitely use it again. The problem about this one will be - this product pretends to be a very good quality one, the mask itself is very well made and the effect is also very relaxing. But looks like they have stopped thinking from here on - the cable is short and it is very uncomfortable to use of you don't have an extension, the USB power adapter is not included in the set, however they seem to be not that expensive for production. The manufacturer could add a few pounds more on top but make a complete nice set, not this low budget kit.Apart from that, I like everything. 4 stars, in my opinion.
