Full assist caregiving does nasty things to your back, add 6+ inch ice chopping/scraping and something in your back tears. This Pro Ice Lumbar back wrap came early and kept me moving without the excruciating pain I had without it. I highly recommend this product for anyone who struggles with lower back pain due to muscle or ligament sprain or tears and cannot stay still. Helps reduce swelling and pain and tames intense muscle spasms allowing natural healing without drugs. Love this back wrap!!!

The little ice packs melt fast and the thing is like a chastity belt (not that I ever owned one!). It feels like something a weight lifter would use. Heavy, girdle-ish.
