As good as homemade!
Probably the best hollandaise sauce mix I've ever used. If you don't have time to make it from scratch, definitely keep a couple of packets of these around to use in a pinch. My husband couldn't tell the difference!!

Delicious!
I have hesitated to make Hollandaise sauce from scratch, especially in the morning.
