Our family made the switch to fluoride-free toothpaste over 5 years ago after I began researching the long-term effects of fluoride. Update. Jan 2025Was contacted by seller and offered a different flavor. I was sent Peppermint WOW. We'll, the flavor name says it all! WOW. The offtaste in Wintogreen isn't present in the peppermint. Toothpaste works as stated, and leaves your mouth and breath minty clean!Tried this toothpaste, after using 2 tubes of Davids non flouride toothpaste. While not bad, the taste is a bit off, and this doesn't seem to keep your teeth as white as David's. Maybe the off taste is the wintergreen vs the peppermint.The reason I tried it was price. Davids is much more expensive.

Good toothpaste, foamy, fresh minty taste, but wasn't expecting the beige/tan color. Looks odd against the pearly white tube. Is there no way to bleach it white?

I noticed a difference right away after switching to this toothpaste and the lozenges. I was noting a lot of bad breath issues when wearing masks, so I gave these products a try. My teeth and mouth feel cleaner after brushing. I rarely use harsh mouth wash anymore as it kills the good bacteria that these products promote. I had to wear a mask for 12 hours on a recent flight and my breath didn’t bother me like it used to. I have decent teeth and gums, but they have been deteriorating with age. My teeth and gums feel healthier since starting this product and my tongue isn’t as white, I’ll be curious to see what the dentist says on my next visit.

Pleasant peppermint wow flavor, but I do experience a burning sensation. After using the pea size recommended amount, I experience excessive salivating. This prevents the product from remaining in the mouth until brushing is complete. No nasal drip, which I experience when using Sensodyne or Colgate toothpastes. I will continue with the Great Oral Health paste and update my review upon completion of first tube.

I looked high and low for a Hydroxyapatite toothpaste that did NOT contain glycerin, this is one of the very few (if not the only one) that is glycerin free, if you are wondering why, glycerin coats your teeth and can prevent re-mineralization which would defeat the purpose of this particular toothpaste.I am on my second tube, I wanted to use it for a while to make sure it worked, and it does. The toothpaste is a bit on the thinner side (compared to other toothpastes), which is fine, it does not affect it at all, it works fine, just be aware that when you squeeze some out, it will come out faster than you expect and might even run down the side of the toothbrush, I am frugal with it, I don't squeeze out a bunch of it so it's not a problem. I also "shake" the tube a bit before I open it, since it's thinner, I want to make sure all the ingredients are equally mixed in the tube before I squeeze it out, I don't know for a fact that it does or does not separate, it's just something I do for my own peace of mind.I brush my teeth with this toothpaste and spit it out but I don't rinse, I allow the residual toothpaste to remain in my mouth and on my teeth to get the most benefit from it.I noticed that within a few days, my teeth were less sensitive, I don't have a major problem with sensitivity but I did notice the difference. I feel like this gets my teeth and mouth very clean.I like the ingredients, the flavor is not like other toothpaste, it has more natural ingredients so it doesn't have that blasting, knock your head off mint flavor like so many other toothpastes have, this is more subtle, pleasant.I also noticed that my bottom teeth seem tighter, if I use a different toothpaste for a few days, I feel like my bottom front teeth move a little, not major movement, but it's there. When I use this toothpaste regularly, daily, it makes my teeth feel more tight.Bottom line, I will continue using this.
