Exceeded my exceptions by far! LOVE IT!
I purchased this speaker since it was the smallest speaker I was able to find online. When I received it, I was extremely surprise with its quality, sound, loud output, ease of use & installation. The speaker comes with a bail mounting bracket making it very ease to mount. The setup was very simple and easy. Ill I needed to do was mount the speaker and run the wires to the siren amplifier.I hooked up the wires and turned up the siren. It is super loud! The sound is crystal clear, no screeching like my old siren speaker.I use this siren speaker almost everyday for the past 4 month. No issues whats so ever!Exceeded my exceptions by far.Very highly recommended to everyone!

Compact Size for Newer Vehicles
I bought this for use with my CB radio as a PA speaker after I discovered a traditional trumpet horn style wouldn't fit anywhere in the tight confines of my SUV. As for the speaker, no complaints yet. It's loud and clear. I will provide an update once I've had it in service for several months.Things to consider:Despite being compact and sleek, you'll want to double check to see if it can be mounted easily, especially on newer vehicles. In my case, I had to remove the front clip of my SUV to mount it behind the grille (a 1/4" drill is required to drill holes for the mounting bracket). Know your mechanical abilities. If you're unsure or have reservations, I recommend paying someone who's qualified install it. For those who intend to install this themselves. This unit weighs several pounds (it's pretty hefty), be careful that the bracket and speaker are fastened securely so that the unit won't move/tilt and possibly damage anything in and around the area where it's mounted.

Speaker review
When I received it, it was heavier than I though. I knew it was definitely good quality. The sound quality wasn't what I was expecting. When I speak into it, it sounds clear but its not as loud as I was expecting it to be. When your looking for a speaker, check for the decibels. The higher the better.

so far i love it.
Just installed today (came in the mail today) it replaced one that came as a combo deal the old one started acting up an honestly wasnt that loude(supposedly 100watt) this is alil bigger then i thought itd be but still fit perfectly.... the old one was pointed up seeing thats the only way it would fit... so far i love it... this is noticeably louder smaller and heavier(i think thats a good thig hopefully that means its built like a tank and will last like a tank) if i can remember later on ill give a update but i hardly use it but want it there when i need itUpdate: i had this mounted to my grill(97 s10).... anyways i ended up hitting a 7 point buck no damage done to this at all but damage my bumper grill hood fender core support

Well made and high quality, but not quite as loud as I had hoped.
I installed it in my vehicle to act as a PA system. Not sure if it's my CB, my mic, power supply, wiring, or what, but I just cannot get it to be loud enough. I even installed a 100W amp after thinking it may have been the CB's output power and saw some improvement but not enough. While stationary or to pedestrians within 30-50 yards, its ok but further than that or trying to communicate with someone in another vehicle, especially while moving it simply isn't loud enough. Again, I'm no expert so it may not be the speaker itself, but it's just not quite as loud as I had hoped. That said, it seems very robust and well made. I will likely try a different CB or Amp before writing the speaker off.
