The racks require a good bit of work to assemble but one person can assemble them. I did. Some racks take two. The racks appear to be very sturdy and well built. They were a quite a bit more costly than some of the so called heavy duty racks but I think the price was worth it. Just a note that I did have problems with a second order getting damaged in transit. It took a while to resolve and I elected to go with a different product in the interim. Vendor did process the claim promptly and return my money once return was done.

5 stars is not enough to describe how satisfied I am with my purchase! It took me and my husband about 20 minutes to assemble it completely, Note you will need a hammer when putting it together. The shelf is very sturdy and solid, I don’t have it nailed to my wall and yet it doesn’t barge when I pull it forward to test the stability. The shelf Is taller than my fridge lol, shelf heights are also adjustable so that’s a big pro for me, you can use it as a industrial books shelf too because it’s so pretty in person. I will for sure be buying at least 4 more for myself and now all my family wants one for themselves too. I highly recommend this product!!!. (I was not paid for leaving 5 star review, I’m just sooo in love with my shelf and I wanted to share my personal experience).

These shelves are nice and sturdy. I like that you can set them up in Various configurations. Set up is SUPER EASY! I love the blue steel instead of the industrial metal look. The only negative to these is they smell….leave them open outside for a while before bringing them inside. They are perfect as a pantry shelf and way more cost effective than built in shelving!!

Horrible to assemble, clearly some people had a better set, but I don't think anyone tests the fit before boxing it up and shipping it. The tabs are clearly bent on a few and make it nearly impossible to fit into the slots. I have to bend some to get it to fit.. multiple pieces don't looks straight..

Honestly I didn’t have high expectations but it’s perfect for what it is. Once it’s put together it’s solid, It holds the weight well and I’m about to buy another And see how it does for a work bench storage solution. For the money I would say go for it and if you disagree you can always return it.Basically this thing isn’t just junk which was my initial concern.Oh and you can assemble it by yourself quickly, rubber hammer is super helpful with speed but you can just put some weight on it and it’ll go in and it won’t jiggle around, solid fit.

We bought this shelving with hopes of organizing our paint. First of all it was terrible to put together. Instructions were non existent. ( we built our own house but this shelf was ridiculous) The worst part was one or two gallons of paint made the shelf boards sag and bow. Totally useless. We wanted to return it but the cost for returning was $140. Now we are stuck with this shelf.

Good value, but a royal pain to assemble. Specifically, the interlocking pegs and holes were such a tight tolerance that a lot of physical force (aka big hammer) is needed get them together. And, as one end would go together the other end would pop out. You almost need two people to put this together. For this reasonI would seriously consider not buying these shelves again.On the other hand, the finished product is a very nice set of shelves.

I had no problem assy these shelves directions are self-explanatory, one drawback is the actual shelf is pressed board which over time will sag, I knew this beforehand and plan on changing them to plywood sheets later on. These are sturdy I have at least 100 lbs per shelf right now and no issues.
