I bought this as a gift for my friend because her dog passed away! So I bought this and gave them a picture of the dog. Even though I never got to see a preview of what it would come out like, when it arrived and we opened the box it came in, it was phenomenal! Really great job! Thank you!

The item came out better than I had expected. The engraved crystal comes in a little black box with silk lining to protect it. Every little detail was there. 10/10 I would definitely I buy one again.
