I originally tried this for my widespread nerve pain from fibromyalgia. It really started helping right away and has been building in helpfulness taking the edge off of the pain over the last few weeks. I also have a tbi and serious memory issues. I've been taking cognium for that which has been a huge help but just kind of maintains the same level of elevated cognitive function over the last year. My boyfriend made a comment yesterday that my short term memory has really improved and he's noticed a big difference and asked if I did anything new. This is the only thing I've added to my routine. I did a little research and there actually is some evidence that this supplement can help with memory. I feel like I'm able to think faster and clearer even at the end of the day when my brain is tired and cognitive function starts to dip. If you deal with neuropathy, this is the best to take. I take three a day and it helped out well with my neuropathy ease the pain and the numbness amazing.

Easy to digest

After playing pickleball 3 - 4 days a week for a year, 2 - 4 hours per session my right thigh started tingling at the end of the day while standing still. These are great for mild diabetic neuropathy plus other things. It helps to minimize the annoying fuzzy feelings or tingling in legs and feet. Even the endocrinologist said it is good too take.
