I was feeling bloated, fatigued, tired and to be honest i was having a BM about every 7-10 days for the last year. I felt my body was sick and non of my clothes fit. I eat healthy for the most part and exercise everyday but I knew something was up. I decided to do this cleanse and it was absolutely amazing! I have had a steady BM every day since and lost 11lbs. I truly sh*t my brains out the first week & it felt so good! This product worked! It cleanses me out, it gave me energy and I am feeling a bit regular now. I started off with 1 pill and it did nothing so I got aggressive and took 3 pills a a day. I will say - “drink Your water!!” I tripled my water intake. I did buy a second bottle because of how backed up I was. After two weeks I am now taking 1 pill a day to help slowly bring my body back to regular status. The first few days I had stomach pain - but it was worth it!!!! Great product! Energy level up. Pants fit again. Life is good!!!

I’ve done other cleanses and this one is better than average. I got immediate results that Are leaving me feeling lighter... and with more energy. Full disclosure: I bought this a couple months ago and it never came out of the box. But came across It with my vitamins and figured it was a sign! I really was feeling backed up and bloated from really bad food choices that I’ve made being cooped up at home during Covid. I was feeling pretty gross and I figured since I’m not going anywhere, good time to cleanse. So... wow. I feel like I am being scrubbed from the inside out. I started with three a day and I’ve been drinking At least 80 oz of water. By end of day one I had a huge elimination. I did not have a lot time to get to the bathroom but I’m home-no biggie. I’ve noticed by day three, my cravings for junk food are gone and my appetite is greatly reduced. I am about a 26 BMI and it’s seeming like this will get me on track to make some better food choices and kick start a healthy eating plan. I do have a very, very slight headache but that is common for me when doing a cleanse and is part of my body’s detox. Good luck. Warning for possible TMI-your movements will have a really bad odor (think rotten food in your colon for multiple weeks) . If you’re using a shared bathroom, have air freshener on hand.

This was my first time doing a cleanse, so other than some anecdotal information from a few friends, I was unsure what to expect. I had been feeling unhealthy recently and wanted to kickstart a weight loss plan. These pills worked well in that only two or three days after starting the cleanse, I lost the bloated feeling that has plagued me on and off for months. The amount of ... ummm... matter that was expelled surprised me. And that was just on day one! In general, I'm fairly regular, so being able to rid myself of all that I had been holding on to was a great feeling. Taking the pills did not come without side effects: I did have cramping and mild diarrhea but overall felt that dealing with the side effects were totally worth the end results. I have less bloating and feel like my digestion has improved. I am sleeping better and think this has resulted in me having improved energy levels. I'm able to exercise more efficiently. overall, I'm really happy with the results of taking these pills and think they are a great purchase. The pills were effective at cleaning me out and making me feel overall healthier. UPDATE: a month later, I still feel good. I think the pillls helped me get rid of excess matter in my intestines, and it hasn't come back! I didn't change my habits since the cleanse, but the bloated feeling I had prior has not returned. I recommend the pills to anyone looking for a quick start. They work great.

This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I was so excited to try this and used it on a Friday morning. I had incredible stomach pains within a few hours and th described cleanse effects. But the stomach pain got worse. I took another dose the next day and was in complete agony. The stomach pain was so bad that I couldn’t think straight. I threw up anything I attempted to eat or drink, and still my stomach ached and had cramps. I did not take a dose the next day, Sunday, and yet the cramps and ache and trouble concentrating continued. I went to an emergency clinic (Patient First) that evening and took the bottle with me. They were convinced that this was either a tainted product or that it had interacted with my body poorly. The doctor I saw said that he has seen similar symptoms from supposed cleanses. They advised I not take this again. I ended up having to miss two days of work because I could hardly walk without feeling sick and like I needed to vomit. I didn’t feel back to myself for a few more days. It was terrifying. The pain and nausea were so much worse than any food poisoning or stomach virus. I honestly thought my life was ending because the pain was so bad the first two days. It was scary. I still have the bottle sitting in our medicine cabinet downstairs. I was so hopeful for this product, but not only did it cause me to suffer, but it cost me two days of work and a visit to the doctor. I would not recommend this product. I think the positive reviews must be fake. Save yourself the pain and agony and don’t waste your money on this.

I ordered the product when I found it on sale and I've already reordered another bottle in case of a price increase. I'm a diabetic on Ozempic. Anyone on Ozempic knows you have one extreme or the other. Constipation or diarrhea. I had constipation so bad I could go 5-6 days between movements. I've tried magnesium pills, Milk of Magnesia, Magnesium citrate, Magnesium Oxide, Ducolax, stool softeners and Miralax. The Miralax has been working but only by taking a triple dose. So I wanted to give the colon pills a chance. Let me say they worked the first time in a matter of hours. No cramping and although I did get a sense of urgency it wasn't nearly as bad as a lot of laxatives where you have 30 seconds to find a bathroom. I did a test yesterday (5 days in) and ate some whole kernel corn. Usually corn would take 6 days to work itself out of me but TODAY I started pooping corn! Yay! I'm taking 3 capsules a day and I hope I can do the cleanse often because I like the list of ingredients, even those not meant as a laxative. As long as it keeps working I'll keep ordering. I did get a slip saying I could get a free bottle but the website is down and I received a $5 off any product coupon whose code didn't work at checkout so I don't know what's up with that. I'd love to get a free bottle.

I bought these, because it like the convenience of taking capsules rather than having to mixed any powder, however, I know that sometimes, the effectiveness of consuming the powder supplements may be more effective than taking the capsules. I don't think these capsules is every effective, because in comparison when I mixed the powder colon cleanse supplements, I start to feel it in my stomach...and I'll go multiple times. These doesn't have any impact on me at all and I have purchased and taken other similar capsules, that were more effective, where I would almost see the results within a few hours or the very next day, if I were to take the capsules the night before. These didn't do anything for me. So I feel it's a waste of money, for something that doesn't work.
