They work for me!
I’m a size 6 on regular shoe and I got a size 3.5 narrow (because my feet are narrow of course) and it fit perfectly! They hug my feet perfectly, the straps will be kind of tight (which can be a downer) at first specially when you’re not on relevé but as you use them they’ll stretch out. ‘To me’ it had a pointe shoe feeling and I quite liked that. I had other flats that literally fit a tad big/loose and not only was it dangerous but it would mess up my turns and it made my feet look ugly so for safety (and also looks lol) just make sure the shoe is nice and snug on your feet. I’ve been using these for around 7 months now and I’ve never had them pop out of my heel so great shoe!

Amazing shoe!
I had foot surgery for a bunion so I have a large scar across the top of my foot that can be sensitive still. As soon as I was able to start dancing again I was using my Sasha canvas shoes that I've been dancing in for years but found that my foot was now much more sensitive and unstable. Having the full elastic band around the top of this shoe is much more comfortable than the thin string, and its structured better at the bottom of the foot so you don't feel any bunching when on releve- a problem I was having in the old shoes. I am dancing much much better now that I have these shoes, simply because they are so much more comfortable for me.The sizing can be a bit difficult though, I usually wear a 6.5-7 and I ordered a 5D because I did not want them to be too small or too tight. I probably could have gone down a size as they don't fit as tight as my shoes used to but that probably helps with the comfort level as well.

Great ballet slippers for wider feet or those who want extra room in the toe box
I love these ballet slippers. A major selling point for me was the extra room in the toe box. My feet are about average width, but due to some past foot injuries from soccer, I don't like to wear shoes that are tight in the toes (as ballet shoes usually are meant to be). The only drawback is that they stretched more than I expected (probably about one full size), but then again I really didn't know how much stretching to expect because I've never worn canvas ballet slippers before. So, aside from my own ignorance concerning how much the fabric would stretch, they are almost perfect for me.Update: Once they had gotten dirty from frequent wear, I decided to wash them to both clean them and shrink them a little. I put them in a lingerie bag in a front-loading washing machine on warm, delicate cycle, with some regular laundry detergent, and then let them air dry. They shrunk a bit just like I'd hoped, back to roughly their original size. After I wore them a few more times, however, they stretched out again. So, I decided to order another pair in a smaller size. After trying on several different lengths and widths, I finally settled on a 6C. After wearing them about 5 times, they seem PERFECT - not crunching my toes but no extra fabric bunching up around the toes. For reference, I wear an 8.5 (regular width) in most street shoes (flats and boots), and my Nike running shoes are about a 9.5.

Check the size chart
I always have trouble sizing ballet shoes so thank goodness for free returns. The size chart is somewhat helpful but even that is sometimes off. The different types of dance shoes all have different sizing rules and I can’t keep track of them so I buy 2 sizes in each and simply return the ones that don’t fit.Other than sizing difficulties these are very nice shoes and I appreciate that they don’t have to be tied. They are comfortable and they look very nice.

Great shoe for class
These are just as expected. The sizing is a little funny. I wear a 9/9.5 street shoe and went with the 7. I think a 6.5 may have been a bit more streamline through my arch, but they are ok for class purpose. Usually I go through the canvas pretty quickly, but for a class shoe they are nice. I like the elastic around the upper as opposed to a pull, and I feel like the pre-sewn arch elastics are pretty nicely placed.

Shoe isn't good for people with WIDE feet.
These ballet shoes looked so cute I wanted them to be better than what they are. I ordered 2 sizes smaller than my street shoe as recommended. The size fit ok and would be something I can deal with. However I ordered a D size for a wide foot and honestly I would've liked it more wide. I'm not sure if I got sent the wrong one but it isn't wide enough. As for the fit other than the width they are just ok. Someone else mentioned the bunching of extra fabric at the heel I see that for sure, it makes it feel too big at times, also the elastic criss cross is very tight. This shoe should fit like a sock and it just doesn't. If they offered a wider size I'd be willing to try again but D is as high as it goes. Again I really wanted to like this. I think if you have a regular width foot these shoes will work for you but for wide feet I'd suggest another shoe. For me I'm gonna stick with the Sansha Pro shoes.

Surprise! They are a D!
These are my first ballet shoes in many years, as I took a long break from dancing, and they fit well by accident. I wear a 6.5 to 7 and have widish feet but don't usually need wide sizes. I was debating between 4D and 4.5C, and as there was no width listed for the 4.5 I figured they were C (medium). Actually, they arrived and were labeled 4.5D. I probably could have taken the 4D, but the 4.5 fits pretty well and the wide width works fine. Nice shoes too, wide enough in toes but not too wide in heels.

Did not fit.
I should never buy without trying.

Love the colour, horrible elastic placement
I loved these shoes and the colour is what drew me inThe elastics have no stretch to them so they dig into my feet. They’re also very bulky in the heel. Had to buy new elastics so hopefully if I sew them further enough down it will pull the heel up.If anyone else has these issues and have figured out a way to make them work let me know how!
