OtterBox Defender Series Case for iPad Pro 11-inch (4h, 3rd, 2nd, & 1st Gen) - Black

Typical OtterBox quality this one meets every criteria an expectation. OtterBox has been on all of my digital devices now for going on six or seven years several iPads a couple of iPhones and Samsung galaxies. Never have any issues screen protectors seem to work just fine with the case however as we all know weight is the major issue with anything like this case. It's the price you pay for the Rigid construction which will save you when it falls to the ground someday on the corner. Overall a great screen protector tempered glass or Matte finish and this case should suffice so you don't have to pay additionally for Apple's protection program. I don't care about the color I want the device to work for at least 3 to 5 years with no issues that's why I invest in cases which cost $60-$80 and not 20. I highly recommend any and all otter cases some are a little more robust than others that's up to you what is your preference but you can't go wrong. My only other recommendation would be the cases from ZAGG and Supcase Unicorn beetle which seem to be very competitive in form of function and protection.

Strong and sturdy with built in screen protector. Will get this for all iPads in future

i exclusively use otterbox cases due to how easily i drop my ipad. i got this as a replacement for my old otterbox case that i bought in 2019 (where the apple pencil opening is rubber instead of the clicking plastic hinge) and it looks very nice and sleek, but sturdy.the silicone was falling apart on my old case where the charing port was, so i wish they'd change the design of that. i also like the design of the old built in screen protector better instead of the holes on top of this one.

Case is solid. I use my tablet in the field when working on properties and it takes a beating. The only annoying part is the pencil holder, it flips up to charge but the part that flips up stick out if the pencil is left in the charging side. So I just put the pencil in my pocket so it’s not sticking up. Other than that, solid and durable case. Would recommend to others.

The media could not be loaded. I like the otter box defender pro. It fits my iPad Pro 11 1st gen. The one I received had a built in screen protector as they stated in description. There are 2 draw backs I don’t like about it.1. Apple Pencil charge area cover doesn’t close at all unless pencil isn’t in there and if you’re like me the pencil isn’t cheap and easily replaceable. This needs to be better perfected for pencil can charge and close or just don’t make it as if you are giving us favor for it. My solution is to make it a tiny bit taller so it can close.2. Kickstand is useless due to only 1 screen angle and iPad doesn’t stay in place. Better off not using it. Epic Fail on this.That’s why I gave it 4 star rating. Was thinking 3 stars but I know that otter box defender will protect my iPad Pro as they have been protecting my iPhones of yesteryears.

I needed a replacement case for my previous case of the same type, because the rubberized outer case was coming apart. This new and improved one doesn’t have that rubber exterior and that was a great surprise to find when I bought this one. Perhaps others had the same issue with it as I did, because otherwise my case was in excellent condition. I’m completely satisfied with this case and highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a solidly protective case that will keep your iPad safe!

Otterbox is the way to go for device protection. Going on 3 years now with zero issues.

The otter box case fit perfect on my iPad Pro 11 inch, the pen for my iPad fit perfect on the side where it’s supposed to go. Make sure you buy new, the first otter box case that I bought for my iPad didn’t fit right. I purchased it from the Amazon ware house, the description said it had imperfections and used. I had to send it back due to it not fitting right and the front shield had a ripple in it. Thank goodness I had an otter box on my old iPad or I wouldn’t have known how to put this otter box case on my iPad. Unfortunately there’s no direction’s on how to put it on, YouTube doesn’t have very good videos on how to put the otter box case on the iPad. I would most definitely recommend an otter box case before I would purchase a cheaper case for your iPad, otter box has a really good warranty for them, also good support system. Overall I would recommend an otter box case.
