I was going to have heavy highlights done on my hair after dyeing it dark brown for so long. My hairdresser suggested this hair masque to use prior to my appt to strengthen my hair for the high lift bleach that it was going to take to help me go naturally grey (my true color now). It only did my hair turn out beautifully but it also is still very strong and silky soft.

This hair masque is the only product I've used that has helped my extremely damaged hair feel soft & closer to its original pre-damaged state without weighing it down. A couple weeks ago my flat iron malfunctioned & went to an extremely hot temp without me realizing it, until I had used it on most my hair (I usually only use it on the lower heat settings). It literally fried my hair. I have large sections that are kinky, frizzy, brittle & feel like straw. I have tried everything, hot oil treatments, leave in conditioners, deep conditioners, keratin creams, etc. NOTHING has helped. The products either make it feel greasy/weighted down, don't work at all, or only help weigh down the frizziness until I wash it again, which then it is right back to its original disastrous state after washing. After just one use of using the masque for 30 min wrapped & rinsing out per package instructions, my hair feels SO much better! The extremely damaged sections are still kinky but not as bad. I know there is truly no fixing those pieces of hair & am honestly surprised they haven't just broke off yet. But even the rest of my hair, which wasn't all kinky but definitely felt dry, brittle & like straw - it feels almost like my old hair again! I am amazed! Will definitely be purchasing more of this product!

I had hair past my bum and I like to occasionally try new moisturizing products to help with the ends. I added this, the conditioner, the leave in spray and the hair mask (the healing moister line) to my arsenal of other things I use. BIGGEST MISTAKE. I used all these products four times, and it caused extensive damage to my hair. I had to literally cut a good 5-6 inches off and am still going through and individually cutting off split ends, weeks later because it damaged my hair up to my scalp. Even though I've been using L'anza for over a decade, this stuff is having me look elsewhere to buy new hair care products. That trust is broken and my hair is now half way up my bum because of these specific products. USE WITH EXTREME CAUTION. I am so mad.....

My hair is very dry because I perm and color it. I use this intense conditioner every time I shampoo and it works great. My hair is shiny, soft, and curls beautifully. The jar lasts a fairly long time. I plan to purchase it again soon. Wouldn't want to be without it now that I know how good it works.

I love this stuff! I have been using it about 2 times a week, every other washing of my hair. My hair is thin and fine, but highly processed with bleach to platinum blonde. My hair just drinks this stuff up and feels so nice.How I use it:Wash my platinum hair with L'anza purple shampoo (very drying for my hair!), rinse well and lightly pat dry with a towel or old t-shirt. I use a decent scoop of this stuff and apply to my hair, paying close attention to my scalp (has been dry from bleaching) and the ends (which are more damaged), and I keep it on for about 5-10 min. I rinse really well because it is pretty thick. Then, I follow with Redken Extreme conditioner.My hair is in such good shape now!

Very good product! I waited to write a review here until I was sure how my hair feels after 1 month using once a week this product.And it’s amazing. My hair is more shiny and strong.
