ABBA Color Protection Shampoo 236ml/8oz

I like the shampoo. It's a good product.But the bottle leaked during shipping. There were 4 other items in the box along with the shampoo, including 2 books (real books with hard covers, paper pages and dust jackets.)From the amount of product remaining in the bottle, I estimate that about 2 tablespoons leaked out into the box.I've ordered hair care products previously. This is the first time there was no tape applied around the cap to keep it tight and prevent leaking.Since Amazon's fulfilling this item directly, and there are so many reviews with complaints about leaked product, they should take care to apply tape.The manufacturer also should be made aware... since this is a common occurrence, it's the design of the packaging — the bottle and cap relationship that's not tight enough.Hopefully I can find this product in stores locally in the future.

If you’re going to charge that much for an 8oz bottle, which is the smallest shampoo bottle I have seen in quite a while, you better at least fill it appropriately. I haven’t even tried it yet have always loved the moisture sensation line. This stuff better be at least just as good. Regardless, do they think people won’t notice how little product is in the bottle?

Original order mishap included two conditioners instead of one shampoo and conditioner. Picture Perfect Beauty quickly resolved the issue and sent the shampoo. Thanks!

I'm fortunate to be able to purchase Abba products when I'm away from home. I've used Abba hair care for 20yrs, and have no need to change now.
