Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Hollandaise Sauce Mix, 0.9 ounce (Pack of 12)

Ok, i don’t do the tattle tale “reviews”, good or bad normally, BUT, this Hollandiaise sauce mix is the BOMB, so I thought I would let folks know. I eat Eggs Beni about 8 days a week! 😁 I’m not a chef, so whisking up real hollandaise is not an option. So I’ve tried all the different brands and ended up using the Knor mix that take water only, quick and easy, tastes ok but not very rich. Well, ran out and thought let me try something else, been a while since trying them all years afo. Just fired this up, REALLY EASY TO MAKE, even though its Milk and butter. Whisking the milk and powder (sauce mix) first, it mixes right up without clumps and mixes in 10 seconds, then put it on heat and drop in the 1/2 stick of butter cut up, and it starts melting and just whisk it in for a minute while boiling the water/vinigar for poaching the egsgs. 2 minutes later I took the sauce off burner and set aside while poaching the eggs and ham and toast. It thickened up perfectly, and MAN IS IT TASTY! WOW! I’m now a big fan of this Amazon branded sauce mix, absolutely the best I have had, and EASY and quick to make. LOVE IT! So much more flavor, in fact, better than what I get out at the dinners and breakfast places. This tastes like the real thing, I’m guessing because it is, butter + milk….what a difference. I no connection to amazon, not paid, not given free crap…. This sauce is just good! I highly recommend it for eggs beni which in my opinion should be eaten twice a day! 🤣 Hope this helps somebody out…

Easy Good flavor

This does not REMOTELY compare to real Hollandaise sauce - but for the price, you're probably accepting of that, right? It does what it needs to do. Super easy to prepare, minimal fuss, the taste is...in the ballpark? In the county? of real Hollandaise. When you're making it, if you think you've stirred enough, just keep stirring. Decent texture and again, it works for what it is.

This is a great hollandaise, I have purchased in the past. It I nice to obtain more than one so you always have some in your cupboard.

My husband and I enjoy hollandaise sauce when eating out and frequently treat ourselves if out for breakfast. We found with these hollandaise sauce packets it’s a convenient way to make hollandaise sauce at home and they’re quite tasty. I’ve purchased other brands of hollandaise sauce packets at the grocery store and these are just as good if not better sometimes will make fried eggs and potatoes and put the hollandaise sauce on both. I’ve also made the hollandaise sauce to go with asparagus. Overall, these hollandaise sauce packets are a good value, and I will continue to purchase them.

Didn't care for the flavor

Takes amazing and only need to add water great for house or camping put on muffins biscuit or bead with egg and bacon or ham or Canadian bacon
