Drill tap.
Worked great. Used it to tap for 4 bolts in my trucks frame. Was sure it would break. But did a flawless job and still in good condition. Great for the money.

Use with an impact driver like it says and these last forever!
Bought 6 thinking we would need to use a couple to put up 5 pieces of uni strut that was getting bolted into 10 gauge steel perlings and we use the first two we opened for more than 50 holes including drilling some into half inch steel they are amazing and well worth the money!

Saves time and effort
The bit works great. Saves a little time eliminating switching between tools. The only downside is that once you drill your hole and you move to the threads, if you aren't plumb and you're wailing away on the drill trigger, it's cutting anyway and you'll have a crooked hole. Works great on 11 gauge steel and 1/4" plate. If you want to go thicker, it may be best to stick with manual taps.

Strongest bit ever
I’d like to start off by saying I have only used these bits while absolutely hammered , one bit had drilled over 480 holes without a single issue whatsoever even 30 beers deep leaning on the bits full throttle

Great but not durable
Used this while working at a rock climbing gym for rethreading t-nuts. Worked great at rethreading but it broke in half after about 10 uses. I’d recommend getting one but be gentle with a really bad tnut or use a low impact driver. For reference I was using a makita 18 volt impact driver when the bit broke.

these are amazing
One of the greatest inventions of the 21st century LOL! These are such a time saver. I've used it in ABS plastic and 1/4" thick aluminum; they work perfect. I haven't tried it in steel yet but I would expect a little cutting oil and a little patience and it should work on that too.

Broke on the first use
It looks sharp and started to work, but broke when I backed it out to clear chips. I'm not sure if I used the wrong, but if they're that sensitive, I'll go back to regular taps.

Both snapped first use. Bad quality.
I’ve used these before, and they were great.I bought 2 this time to use one as a back up. Both snapped. Straight out the box and into the makita impact driver and going through the metal and both snapped. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great deal but unfortunately easy to break if you are not careful. Always use cutting oil to help reduce the heat and be sure to hold your impact driver straight and not bend it.
