YAKIMA, MightyMount Roof Rack Mounting System for Factory Racks, Set of 4, 23H

I've had two Yakima raptor rooftop bike racks since 2014 mounted to round cross bars, but now with my new 2024 Subaru outback and it's integrated swivel aero cross bars, i needed new adaptors to mount the racks. Little info online about the internal dimensions of these clips, but bought them and they fit perfectly, so do get them if you have a 6th-gen (2020-2024) outback, unsure if the bars will be different on the new 2025 model.

This fit great on the FJ Cruiser OEM roof rack. They install in seconds.I've used them to attach a set of Yakima Hully Rollers (rear) and Yakima Aero Saddles (front). It's a nice option for the FJ if you don't want to put a full rack system on top of what is already a pretty tall OEM rack.One note - you need two sets (8 mighty mounts) to do the set-up I've described above because each Hully Roller uses two mighty mounts.

A bit pricey but totally worth it. I haven't found any other products that are similar.

Worked for my 14' Jeep Grand Cherokee's Mopar cross bars. Not a perfect fit but solid and will likely cause no damage. Add a Yakima accessory lock and you're good to go. Little over priced by Yakima IMO though.

Just to be sure that you are ordering the correct item, these fit my 2018 Toyota RAV4 factory racks perfectly and my rack crossbar is exactly 2-19/32" wide (65.8 mm) and 25/32" thick (19.9 mm). The overall circumference of my crossbar is 5-3/4" around (14.55 cm). If your rack crossbars are ±1/16" (1.5 mm), these should fit with the aluminum plates installed. So why only three stars?I've had Yakima racks for the last 30 years. At one time, they were a good company and I really liked their products. I still use a Yakima ski rack that is nearly 20 years old, that I managed to mount on my factory racks thanks to a now discontinued MightMount that also fit perfectly. In the last 10 years though, I find myself moving away from their products and buying more Thule products, and my experience lately with Yakima is what is driving that. Take these MightyMounts for example:Nowhere on the Yakima website or on Amazon does it give the specifications for these mounts nor does the website tell you if they will fit your vehicle. That's because, as a company, Yakima doesn't want to make it easy for you to continue to use their older products. They want you to be a good consumer and buy a brand-new entire rack system. They're in the business of selling racks, not helping you save some money. Hence the vague and poorly written instructions that came with these mounts. What are these bolts with the hex key for and how will these actually work? And why only one carriage bolt? The instructions only leave me with more questions. Because they fit and would actually work, I give these five-stars. However, because Yakima made it so difficult to find these correct parts, I deduct one-star. Because they gouge me for $50 for a few pieces of Chinese-made plastic, I deduct another star.In the end, even though these fit my factory rack, the Thule tandem mount I'm trying to attach doesn't sit properly due to the curvature of the crossbars. That isn't an issue with these MightyMounts and unfortunately, that means I need to buy some other Yakima products, which I do begrudgingly. I hate giving money to a company that no longer cares about their customer.

Appears to fit the factory cross bars on my 2016 Ford Explorer perfectly. I haven't yet fully installed them along with the screws and my canoe racks, but the mounts slide over the cross bars easily and looks to fit perfectly. Since I couldn't find this information anywhere before I made the purchase, I measured the following dimensions on the inside of the mount (which should correspond to the cross sectional dimensions of your rack). 2.75" from leading edge to trailing edge. 0.75" top to bottom at the tallest section. Note that you will have some margin here. If you're racks are a little narrower or shorter, you can shim out the mount with some rubber which is provided (if there is not enough, cut up an old bike tire). If your racks are a little taller (maybe by .1" or .2" at the most) the mounts will flex open somewhat and will be held together by the bolt that runs through them. Speaking of which, it does look like I may need to cut the bolts down a bit. My cross bars may not be sitting up high enough to prevent the bolts from hitting my roof. This is easy enough to do with a hacksaw or dremel and file to smooth it out after the cut. Quality of the mounts seems very good. They look to be quite sturdy and I think they will work well for me.

Perfect for Subaru cross trek factory bars. Couldn't find any info online about fit, but these work well. So much easier to use than universal mounts which have to be adjusted in the exact spot before mounting to the bars.
