PERFORMED GREAT RIGHT OUT THE PACKAGEI’m a creature of habit & for as long as I can remember have only used SanDisk drives. Extremely happy with them - never had a problem.I recently bought a 256GB ScanDisk Ultra Flair 3.0 (review posted) & I think because of that was receiving those ‘keep shopping for’ / ‘deals for you’ prompts from Amazon.It was then that I saw what I thought was a great deal for a 128GB SanDisk 2.0 for only $7.99! Then, as others have noticed, I realized it was actually for SamData whom I’d never heard of. That immediately made me suspicious/ cautious. However…. I looked at the over 33,000 4.5 star reviews & decided that many people can’t all be wrong - so at that price I’d give it a try.First the construction. This is as well made as any drive of mine or others I have used at work. The flip protector is sturdy & works fine & is a similar design to others (my latest SanDisk doesn’t even have a cover).Then the speed. For those who don’t know, a 2.0 USB is slower than a 3.x! Get over it. It wasn’t that long ago when 2.0 was the fastest thing under the sun. Unless you’ve got huge amounts of data to transfer in a hurry you’ll be just fine. You get what you pay for. I transfer photos & videos onto it & playback on my widescreen TV without any problems. Next the capacity. All drives, whether Flash, HD, or SSD use space to operate. I agree that they should advertise the ‘free’ or ‘usable’ space rather than the total but that’s not how the industry works. SamDisk is not alone - & they do state that in their description.As far as I can see SamData only offer USB 2.0 up to a max of 128GB.Lastly, I always appreciate an LED to remind you that the drive is use.I’ve been loading this drive up to capacity & using it as described for a couple of weeks without any issues. If it keeps performing then it was a great value buy.Should anything change I will update this review.PS: in 2wks it’s gone from $7.99 to $9.99 maybe the secret’s out!

What I really appreciate is that it works flawlessly with my sync module, which is my main priority. The 360° rotating metal clip is a great feature—it protects the USB port and removes any worry about losing a cap. If you're after reliable flash drives that deliver, these are an excellent choice!

I can't complain due to the price I paid but you get what you pay for in this case. And so far, they're all still working.

Very good in size and cool looking color device plus it's easy to use and I can store it even in my pockets plus affordable for its weight & gigs available for use.

Works well, is very fast for saving. I loved the purple color, and it’s a standard sized drive. The mb matched what I bought and worked on all devices seamlessly

I bought this product to download an updated version of the Apple play in my vehicle and needed enough storage for the entire content. This product worked well for that and save me a lot of money instead of taking my car into the dealership for $300 to do the same thing.

When purchasing USB Flash Drives, although usually less expensive, I have trust issues purchasing them from a manufacturer whose reputation in the Flash Drive Field (or even the computer field) is not known to me/has been established. Not only could they have quality control issues which causes them to fail at inopportune times, but they could introduce a virus to my and/or others (who I give them to) systems. SanDisk has been producing Flash Drives since they were in their infancy and I totally trust them as I have never had one fail. I routinely provide computer information to friends/coworkers etc. and like to have a supply of flash drives handy to use. I like to have a few 2 GB and a few 8 GB around for this purpose which makes this SanDisk multi pack a perfect purchase for me.
