Is this a concentrate? Does it need to be diluted for an adult dog?

It seems I read somewhere it was concentrated, but I haven't mixed. You will not regret choosing this product. It is awesome! It smells awesome!! It lathers well. I bath my dog twice a week and we've probably still got 1/3 of 4 liter left. My fear is not being able to buy more.
