It does NOT work. I followed the directions and the grout is still on my tiles. I got more off scraping it off with a scraper. It was a total waste of time! Also it removed some of the shine off of part of the one of the tiles but it didn't take up the grout. As far as I'm concerned it was a waste of money and time. Far too much money to begin with. And a ridiculous amount of money for a product that doesn't work at all. Also they have not refunded my money yet! At this point I don't believe they ever will. **Q: If I use this product after the expiration date, will there be any effect?** A: There is no problem with using the Cement Remover even after its expiration date. What could happen is that the product may require a little longer reaction time to totally perform the cleaning, but its general cleaning performances will be the same. **Q: Is this effect for remix grout haze?** A: I am not exactly sure what you are referring to with remix grout but this takes off any cement based grout haze.
