Needed for trips abroad when sightseeing. Easy to carry ( strap) and small enough to easily find space in even my handbag. Not to heavy but solid feel. Great for birdwatching and value for money. I was impressed by the sharp image.

I ordered these binoculars primarily to use for watching cricket and they came well boxed and with instructions for the novice user. For the price, the quality of the optics and the machine build are excellent. They are easy to focus and pleasant to use for an extended period. It takes a bit of effort to get the binoculars plus strap to fit in the carry case but both case and strap are, again, decent for the price level of the product. However, had I paid less attention to the user ratings and reviews and more attention to the specification, I would not have bought them. Compared with other similar (but perhaps more expensive) binoculars they are bulky and at least 40 percent heavier. I imagine to most people the difference is unimportant but to me - aged 78 - size and weight matter.

These binoculars are great. We already have a small, cheaper pair but wanted a pair with a sharper image and better zoom for outdoor walks. These binoculars definitely have a much sharper focus, and zoom in really well. The image is clear and they are super easy to use. There is a noticable difference in the image you see, so much clearer. The neck strap is nice and comfortable and the travel bag protects it well. Overall I am really pleased with these. For the price, they are well worth buying. They are small but powerful! Great for spotting nature .

I wanted some small portable binoculars for a wildlife holiday we have booked. These are excellent. I tested them by looking out of my bedroom window and I could clearly see a pigeon eating a bug from a tree at the bottom of the garden 100 yards away. Using just my eyesight (which is not very good) I thought that a branch of the tree was the pigeon! These are compact with a nice solid weight (although not at all heavy) and a quality feel. The soft fabric case that comes with them is very handy for storing them in. They have little rubber covers that fit over the eyepieces to stop them scratching. They have a detachable lanyard so they can be worn around the neck to prevent being dropped by accident (usually my job!) The quality of the vision through the lenses is very clear and they are very easy to adjust for closer together or wider apart eyes, also with the little wheel for adjusting the focus. I particularly love how even with my poor distance vision, the magnification and focus can be adjusted to give me perfect long distance eyesight! I can see little details on far away objects and creatures. I'm really looking forward to our wildlife holiday with these at my side! We ordered another pair for my husband so I won't have to share!!

These are excellent binoculars - easy to focus, image clear and sharp. Easy to hold and nice and lightweight, so you don't get the image wobbling. Unfortunately a few weeks after receiving them something went wrong with the internal optics and it was no longer possible to get the left and right images to coincide. Typically it was after the 30 day return period. However, I contacted the seller direct and they could not have been more helpful. After a few messages backwards and forwards, they sent me a replacement pair which arrived within a couple of days and are working perfectly. So full marks to the seller (locceruk)! And if you are looking for a good pair of 12x binoculars, at a reasonable price, you can't go wrong with these, and there's excellent customer service to back them up.

Had bought another make 10 x 25 for Air show at very similar price couple of weeks before. Wanted to get slightly more powerful lightweight pair for 11th Birthday present for son. 10 x 25 much better for Adult can easier focus and widen. 12 x 25 much narrower suit kid.

As the headline says, the binoculars themselves are very nice indeed. I bought them as an anniversary present for my wife, and she loves them. However, the pouch they come in has a major problem. The webbing belt loop parted pretty quickly, so the case can only now be carried, not worn.

I recently purchased these binoculars and I have to say I really like them I was looking for some lightweight binoculars to assist in my bird watching and these exceeded my expectations. I was also impressed with how easy it was to adjust the focus. The image was bright with vivid colours. I was easily able to pick out features on birds that my previous binoculars had struggled with. I will definitely take them on my next camping trip but they would be excellent for any outdoor activity. Overall I am extremely happy with them and would recommend them to anyone. Great value for money
