I have an autoimmune disease, chronic pain, arthritis & joint issues. I used to take a daily curcumin supplement that had only turmeric, BioPerine black pepper & ginger and it certainty helped, especially when I was going through menopause. So I couldn't believe my luck when I found TenMido's Moringa. And it works wonderfully. Biggest example: when taking a shower I would need to sit in the shower chair to entire duration. About 2 weeks after taking this Moringa blend, I was able to stand for part of the shower...a month later, I could stand for at least half the shower...and now, I only use the shower chair for a few minutes, if at all!! I have increased energy, stamina and less joint pain. I'm not "cured" and never will be, but this supplement has made a big difference in my daily life. Thanks TenMido.

I have not noticed any benefit or effect. I won't say it's not good or helpful. Maybe it has helped others and I believe the good reviews.

After two full nights of sound sleep I can’t say enough amazing things about this supplement. I thought it might have been a fluke the first night but slept another full night and woke up without grogginess. My joints also feel great.

I made a mistake in buying this name of Moringa. The amounts IF that is correct should have been a visible result. Nope!I now purchase the pouches from local retailer. I can SEE & FEEL the difference with what I take NOW!Whereas, this product I paid for here was worthless.When reaching out to the seller, I heard crickets!This was a waste in purchase.This company should be audited, the manufacturer should have their products tested. I seriously doubt, what the label claims to be - is true.There is no way.Both Moringa and Ashwagandha give a 'feeling' when consumed. You CAN feel the difference between not taking it and taking it.With this product it was as though I took nothing.The difference between what I take now, and this bogus product is like Hawaii & the Arctic!Don't waste your $$ folks.
