I am looking for support in my old but favorite sandals so I will be bare footed. Will my bare feet stick to these?

I haven't had them long enough to wear in the summer, so I don't know. I don't like them because they have almost no support for the ball of my foot and they are so short unless you have a very small foot (I wear an 8).

Do these have a sticker back, or can you swap them into different pairs of shoes?

These insoles do have an adhesive to keep the insoles in your shoes. They can be transferred to different shoes if you are looking for a better fit. However, we do not recommend continually swapping between shoes as this could hamper adhesiveness.

It’s possible. It adds cushion on the soles - so it’s possible to fit better.

What’s the different between gel vs foam?

I think the best option to use gel insoles with dress shoes and foam insoles with sneakers and boots.
