Q: Can I use these on my shoes?

I only have used on office accessories. However, the adhesive is durable and should be ok. It probably depends on the material of the shoes you are wanting to bedazzle.

Yes, these self adhesive rhinestone sticker rolls can be applied for decorating inside and outside of vehicle.

Q: If I apply the self adhesive rhinestone sticker on the outside of my car is it going to take the paint off If the rhinestones sticker comes off?

I wouldn't think it would rip car paint off unless the paint is already chipping. It seems to be kind of like that alien tape stuff, where it can be taken off without causing issues in most cases. I have mine stuck to my desk, a laminate wood, and it's not even taking off the paper facing when I peel it back (the contact paper I put on there does take off the paper if removed). That being said, I'm not sure how long this stuff would last in outdoor weather on a car. But while it lasted, it would look so pretty! Good luck.
