The thermocouple cable is not waterproof.

Q: How to you program this pid to work with a pt100 rtd?

Don’t know. Couldn’t figure it out. After getting advice from a friend, found out it was a bad unit. Sent it back. The Chinese instructions are worthless.

I also made that mistake. PID will constantly cycle and learn. Compressors do not like that. You need a refrigeration controller with on delay for the compressor, and adjustable on/off temp settings.

Q: does this come with mounting clips to hold controller in the pane

Yes, it has two supports for the panel like the ones shown in the video, one on each side, the video driver is not the same, but it serves as a reference to answer your question. Thanks for contact us.
