Magnesium citrate. It does what it’s supposed to do. I can find this cheaper at Sam’s but they don’t always have it in stock.

Been using this for several months now. I love it enough to keep it on hand. Helps especially if you have problems falling to sleep at night.

Good supplement

I have been using this product for over 15 years. A chiropractor recommended it to me, I take it at night before bed. It keeps me regular and relaxes me.If you take too much, your body will let you know. Your stools get very soft. So just take less next time. Great product.
